Hello! I'm Theodora, an occupational therapist based in Nicosia, Cyprus. My journey into occupational therapy was sparked by a fascination with child development and a strong desire to positively influence the lives of children and their families. Witnessing children achieve developmental milestones and working collaboratively with families to create supportive environments are the most rewarding aspects of my work.

My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and deeply individualized. I focus on building strong relationships with each child and their family to create a supportive therapeutic environment. I tailor interventions to fit naturally within the child’s daily routines, making therapy more engaging and outcomes more sustainable.
